Her Majesty Queen Doña Sofia visits Soria Natural

The Queen Sofia went trough our company most emblematic parts. First, she entered in the room where is produced one of the most famous Soria Natural products, “Fost Print”, range of natural energetics, very demanded by all publics. Then, Her Majesty visited the Control of Quality Laboratory, equipped with the most advanced technology, where she checked by herself the controls of quality which are made before and after the launch of a product in the market, supervising from the original raw material to its transformation into a final product and before its sale.
The organic cans and drinks production zone was the next step of the visit. There, Queen Sofia tasted new soya and rice drinks, and she appreciated their delicious taste. The Queen who were showing all the time her exhaustive knowledge about the subject, has directly asked to the technicians questions about the doubts she had. The visit continued in the R&D&i Center, where the president of the company, Antonio Esteban, explained to her that the research and the development are one of the Soria Natural symbols. All the company research programmes in process were presented to her, a lot of them in collaboration with universities and other prestigious centers as the Cancer Research Center of Salamanca (CIC). Before the end of the official visit, Her Majesty has inaugurated, by giving her name to it, the medicinal plants Botanic Garden, where are cultivated more than hundreds species.
Antonio Esteban seized the opportunity at different moments of the visit to expose the situation which the sector is living. He asked for her support to manage to get a regulated teaching, as a regulation for medicinal plants, “we have been fighting for this for more than 20 years”. The Queen, great natural products lover and consumer, expressed her will to collaborate, as far as possible, to boost the sector.
