Celisor, the new range of gluten-free products of Soria Natural

Soria Natural has released on the market a new line of Special Foods for Food Intolerances under the brand Celisor, with a wide variety of 100% vegetable, gluten free, egg free and lactose free products.

The creation and development of this new family of Special Food products is done under the responsibility of the specialists of the new R + D + I centre, equipped with cutting edge technologies, a large team of skilled professionals driving this and other multiple research projects in which Soria Natural has been immersed.

Celisor is a range with high levels of security, meeting and surpassing the most stringent legal requirements in the preparation of gluten free food. The new Special Foods section represents an expansion of the Soria Natural facilities and the creation of over 30 jobs. The new plant in which the gluten free products are made has over 5,000 m2 and is equipped with the most modern technology and custom-tailored machinery designed and adapted to the production process.

The gluten free product family Celisor has been designed taking into account the needs of celiac patients and with unique flavors and textures. Besides not containing gluten, all Celisor products are 100% vegetable and lactose and egg free.

This range consists, in a first phase of launch of nine references: Bread flour premix, Pastry flour premix, Sliced round bread, Sandwich bBread, Breadcrumbs, Bases for Pizza, Organic Cookies, Cake and Baguette. In the coming months this product family will grow with biscuits, muffins, …
