Ingredients:  Virgin wax, sunflower oil, extracts and essential oils from plants(rosemary, eucalyptus, plantain, calendula, yarrow, alpha pinene, menthol and camphor), glycerin, water, sorbitan sesquioleate (preservative) and rice starch (give consistency).

Instructions for use:

It should be applied with a gentle massage on the chest, back, throat or foot sole, several times a day.
